Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible
Boudjemline Saddam Hocine, in Béjaïa, Algeria, is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: skynetworld2027@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Email address — supplied when you buy, so we can deliver your licence key and support you.
- Scan targets — the URLs you submit, and the reports generated from them.
- Technical data — your IP address, used to apply the free daily quota and to detect abuse.
- Payment records — the plan, amount and status of your order. We never see or store your card number.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
3. Why we process it
- To perform the contract: delivering scans, licences and support.
- Legitimate interests: preventing abuse, protecting the service, and keeping costs under control.
- Legal obligation: retaining records required for tax and accounting.
4. Who else is involved
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — merchant of record for card payments. They handle the card details and hold their own relationship with you as buyer.
- Resend — delivers transactional email such as licence keys.
- Our hosting provider — runs the servers on which the Service operates.
- TronGrid — queried to confirm on-chain payments. Only a public wallet address and amount are involved.
Each of these processes data on our instructions or as an independent controller for their own part of the transaction.
5. How long we keep it
- Scan reports: 14 days, then deleted automatically.
- Quota records tied to an IP address: reset daily.
- Licence and order records: for the life of the licence plus the period required for tax records.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to skynetworld2027@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS. Licence keys are signed rather than stored as reusable secrets, and payment credentials never reach our servers. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
9. Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Paddle's checkout may set cookies necessary to complete a payment; those are governed by Paddle's own policy.
10. Children
The Service is a developer tool intended for business use and is not directed at children.
11. Changes
We will post any update here and change the date above. Material changes will be emailed to active customers.
