Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 August 2026
1. Who we are
Mizan ("the Service") is operated by Boudjemline Saddam Hocine, based in Béjaïa, Algeria ("we", "us"). You can reach us at skynetworld2027@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating an order, using a licence key, or running any scan through the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
3. What the Service does
Mizan loads a web page you nominate, renders it under right-to-left and Arabic conditions, and returns a report of layout and localisation defects it detects.
The report is an automated assessment. It is not exhaustive, and a clean report is not a guarantee that an interface is free of defects. You remain responsible for testing and for anything you ship.
4. Your responsibilities
You may only scan pages you own or are authorised to test. You must not use the Service to:
- scan systems without the owner's permission;
- attempt to reach private, internal or non-public network addresses;
- place load on the Service beyond your plan's limits, or circumvent quotas;
- resell, sublicense or expose the Service to third parties unless your plan permits it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or copy the rule engine.
We may suspend an account immediately where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.
5. Licence keys
A licence key is issued to one customer and covers the number of seats stated in your plan. Keys must not be shared publicly or published in a repository. A key found in public circulation may be revoked without refund.
6. Fees and billing
Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of any tax that may apply. Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record and is the seller of record for those transactions. Payments in USDT are settled on-chain and are final once confirmed.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce what a paid plan provides.
8. Your content
We do not claim ownership of the pages you scan or the reports produced from them. We store reports temporarily so you can retrieve them, and delete them on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate for material breach of these terms, or where required by law. On termination your licence key stops working.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, and the courts of Algeria have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
